Our services and Models of Enrollment
Our projects align naturally with language, art, and global studies curricula, giving students a real-world reason to use the language they learn. Each partnership builds communication skills, cultural awareness, and creative confidence.
Program
Each project runs over about 8 weeks and includes:
-
Personalized and guided Weekly bilingual online sessions between students
-
A curated selection of art exhibitions and cultural materials
-
Structured reflection prompts and collaborative creative work
-
A final bilingual project presentation
Flexible implementation
Entwin-ed can be integrated into:
-
After-school or enrichment programs
-
Spanish or Arts Courses
-
Global learning or exchange initiatives
Model A
School-Supported, Entwined-Delivered
How it works
Your school shares Entwin-ed with families as a recommended enrichment opportunity—through a newsletter, a voluntary listing on the website, or an email to interested parents.
All enrollment, communication, and program delivery happen directly between Entwin-ed and families.
Your school role
A supportive connector that introduces families to a high-quality, global, arts-based learning experience.
Entwined’s role
Full program provider: pairing students, designing the project, guiding the learning cycle, and assessing language growth.
Financial structure
• Typically no fee to the school
• A modest referral honorarium is possible.
Your school might prefer this model if...
• Prefers zero administrative burden
• Wants to expand students’ access to meaningful, international learning experiences
• Maintains the school’s standard of recommending only high-quality, mission-aligned enrichment
Model B
Independent External Program
How it works
Your school allows Entwined to be listed as an optional external program—similar to outside music lessons, art intensives, or tutoring partnerships.Interested families contact Entwined directly to enroll.
Your school role
A facilitator of access; no operational or supervisory responsibility.
Entwined’s role
Entirely independent provider: manages enrollment, billing, program structure, and communication.
Financial structure
• Usually no commission
• A small vendor partnership fee for external providers listing programs through school channels
Your school might prefer this model if...
• Doesn't wish liability or administrative commitment
• Prefers Flexible, clearly defined boundaries
• Wants families to gain access to a distinctive international arts-and-language opportunity
Model C
Academy-Integrated Program
How it works
Your academy promotes Entwin-ed to families as an in-house enrichment opportunity. Families enroll directly through the academy, not through us. You set your own internal price and pay Entwin-ed an agreed-upon program fee.
Your school / academy role
Program host and primary point of contact for families.
Entwined’s role
Designer and facilitator of the learning experience.
Financial structure
-
Your academy retains a portion of the tuition.
-
Entwined receives a fixed provider fee per student.
Your academy/school might choose this model if...
-
Is interested in seamless integration into existing enrichment programs.
-
Strengthens your academy’s bilingual and arts-focused identity.
-
Wants a simple communication structure for families.
